Join Pam Denton and Ellen Newhouse for an open and real conversation about the female form of leadership and our female emotional reality.

In this special interview and conversation you will discover how women can empower the inner leader by gently unearthing old emotional patterns, changing the emotional story and easing into a new story. We will be looking at some big toxic emotions that women need to face in order to fully embrace female leadership.

Shame, fear and guilt are a HUGE TOPIC because they halt women in their tracks and stop women from real leadership.

Tune in live as Pam interviews Ellen Newhouse author, speaker and healer. Ellen will share parts of her story to claim her leadership as a healer.  As presented in Ellen's first book NOTHING EVER GOES ON HERE she will talk about her story of her journey to overcome her parents’ dysfunctional, violent and often aberrant behavior and her struggle to accept herself as a healer. Ellen is passionate about empowering people to live from their heart’s truth and achieve their dreams.

In the show we will all give ourselves permission to own our power and stop looking outside of ourselves for approval and permission.  And during the conversation Pam and Ellen will open you up to realize that women must not lead as men do.

Women must value how we lead in our own authentic and emotional form. Both Pam and Ellen are advocates for female leadership and believe that when women attempt to lead as men do, we abandon our feminine values and true selves.....which only leads to shame and guilt.

Join us to break the vicious cycle of shame and guilt! As we face the patterns and give real solutions.
