It is impossible for the blackman or black race to be racist Part II: Focuses on slavery and the psychological affects of such on the african born in america, the diaspora, and abroad. The ordeal of europeans-british enforced slavery has done much irreversable damage to africans in america and abroad. Many of our brethren and sisters were murdered to enduced physical and psychological fear to guarantee and economical surplus of free labor and trillions of dollars. Much of the monies owed to africans born on this continent would be enough to clear his or her debts a hundred times over. Reperations owed to africans born and enslaved on this continent would be enough to, at least, guarantee him financial freedom

Main Topic: It is impossible for the blackman or the black race to be racist. We must accept the truth of this fact. It is impossible for the black race to be racist when they are governed by an institution that renders him no right, nor power.
However it is possible for him to be prejudice (or pre-judge) against an people or institution which refuse to grant him no citizenship right! It is possible for him to have not confidence in an administration; (or pre-judge) based on past and present-perfect maltreatment of an administration; against him, his people, and his culture. So, it misleading to say that African / or blackman to be racist because he hasn't an history of maltreatment toward any particular race. However, he may, more than likely, harness prejudice against the white race, white racist administration, white racism and vicious hanging, dragging, and mob attack.
