My guest this week, is Soul Dancer. Soul Dancer is the author of the book "Pay Me What I am Worth. When was the last time you (or someone you know) thought, "I wish they'd pay me what I'm worth!" Have you ever considered what worth means to you? Join our discussion as we explore how your sense of worth plays a big role in how you're paid (or NOT paid). Our guest, Soul Dancer's book is at the heart of a local to global grass roots movement to re-awaken one's fullest sense of worth with ease and grace. During the show Soul will be providing live coaching for some or our listeners and that could be you if you call in live during the show. Worth plays into many of the dimensions of wellness. It is especially important in the dimension of self love and responsibility. During our shows we will explore the 12 dimensions of wellness as originally defined by John W. Travis, MD, MPH. The 12 areas are important to the overall wellness of an individual. Each show will be focused on one of the 12 areas. We will discuss that particular dimension and some actions and ideas you can use to immediately impact your level of wellness. Wellness is the new fitness, and wellness extends well beyond the physical boundaries of the body. To bring about changes in our state of personal health and well being, it is important to look at ourselves as a whole person - in body, mind, and spirit. Too often we compartmentalize and look at only one component rather than the relationship of the different components to the whole. Balance, Clarity, Focus, Feeling Good, High Energy Levels, Peace, Abundance are all words that describe the elements of wellness. Join us as we talk everything wellness. We will open our show lines to listeners and take your questions and comments too!
