Leo Stoney is the Co-Founder of L.E.A.D. (Leaders by Empowerment - Activist by Development) and CEO of the organization. Lead is not what he does, it is a fundamental characteristic of who he is. Stoney is also Youth Pastor of Orlando Metropolitan Christian Center in Orlando, FL. Leo is dedicated to his mission of identifying purpose in the lives of others, by provoking the mind of the believer and awakening the spirit of the non-believer.

Shevrin Jones, Co-Founder of L.E.A.D., headquartered in Miami, FL, has an unwavering passion for developing youth leaders in South Florida. As an educator and lifelong activist, Shevrin has many opportunities to challenge youth to take responsibility for their communities and their future. Jones is Chair of the South Florida Youth Summit, a program designed to develop the next generation of leaders.
