Don Todrin - Business Re-Invention with Guest!

Don and Eric Person -of Eric's Tree Service- will discuss this second pillar of the Four Pillar Turnaround System.

For Eric re-invention started with the conclusion that his company was most profitable when doing tree removal, so the business was converted to perform that service alone.  

The new operation was redesigned to include two crews, thus increasing the company's revenue with higher productivity.  

A full time mechanic was hired to maintain the company's equipment.

Eric is currently preparing for the Arborist exam in order to increase his professional skills, and the services that his company can offer. This next step in re-invention will bring  a still higher income level for the business, and give it a tremendous competitive advantage going forward.
