The Hempstead IDA is meeting again to decide on how much of a PILOT/Tax Break they should give to the Renaissance Developers.  & Don Monti.  This is a small part of a major problem.  The Nassau Cokliseum is being rebuilt with many Tax Breaks going out of country.  Mikail Prokorof, billionaire owner of teh NY Nets and the Brooklyn Barclays Center and the Chinese Businesses are investing $231 Million and another $90 million to bring in construction worker from China with Visas.  This construction on the Coliseum will expand to include Uniondale and Hempstead Village all Tax Free.  These taxes to be paid by teh Residents and Citizens of these communities.
