The farce called the "War on drugs" has really been a war on people of color and the poor. There is something deadly wrong about America's criminal justice system which chooses long, punitive prison terms over rehabilitation. Prisons are not manufacturing Centers and products made at 25 cents and hour are made and sold overseas. It is time that the people rose up to make changes in our Congress, when "Conservative Right" leaning members of Congress can bring productivity to a halt.  The election of a Speaker is on hold till forty or so Congressmen say so...Congress should be made to have term limits, and the retirement program, of $174,000 for a single Senatorial term should be eliminated...
