Lea Crager is an external affairs officer with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Region IV office in Atlanta, which covers eight southeastern states. She joined FEMA in 2012 and following Hurricane Sandy’s landfall, she was assigned as a liaison to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s office.
