All one need do is to dissect the 24 hour clock of the activities involving a high achieving student and a low achieving student within the SAME school. Examine the delta(difference) and you will find not only the source of the problem; but the solution.
The "system" is nothing more than a collection of individuals operating towards a common goal, based on common interests. It is a parents duty to REPLACE those within it. Anything short of this, will have NO effect.
