Marketing advertisers manipulate the minds of the masses by push many placebos and an array of other products touted as a means to improve the quality of ones life.

Those of weak mind and spirit will believe that the clothes will make the man; the shoes will make them jump higher. The makeup will make the woman more attractive; or the pill will cure what ails their troubled mind.

The situation worsens when advertising and marketing firms attempt to sell products or services through creating “artificial needs”.

Those within a population without self worth, self-image and self-esteem will look outside themselves to fill the void and emptiness inside.
