Being born a black child in America is becoming more difficult. In spite of the technological advances,so many of them continue to be born into a life of ignorance, misery and poverty.

There are 800 girls at Chicago’s Paul Robeson High School. Out of 800 girls, 115 are now pregnant or recently had children. With all that we have come to understand in regards to the conditions which contribute to teenage pregnancy, WHY ARE SO MANY BABIES CONTINUE TO BE BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK?
