Melba Moore is R & B music legend and Tony Award winning actress who’s life off stage is as dramatic and inspirational as her art.

Melba Moore’s music spans several decades and includes “This Is It”, “ You Stepped Into My Life”, "Love's Comin' At Ya", "Keepin' My Lover Satisfied," "Love Me Right", "Livin' For Your Love", 1 "Read My Lips", "When You Love Me Like This". "A Little Bit More", "Falling". "Love the One I'm With (A Lot of Love)", "It's Been So Long", "Do You Really (Want My Love)" and "Lift Every Voice and Sing" (which featured such artists as Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Jeffrey Osborne, Anita Baker and Stephanie Mills).

On stage, Melba Moore has starred in ‘Hair’, Les Miserables Les Misérables, Sweet Songs of the Soul, (I'm Still Standing) and Ain’t Misbehavin.‘

Melba Moore is now producing her forth coming album entitled, "Forever Moore" which will be released on her new label A'Moore Music, Inc. The single, "Love Is" is up for two Grammy Awards in the first round of nominating process in the category of Best Short Form Music Video and Best Traditional R&B Performance.

This Tony Award winner and Grammy Award nominee inspires March’s Diabetes Roundtable’s one hour whirlwind of wellness hosted by Mr. Divabetic.

Special Guests: Tony Award Winner and R & B Icon, Melba Moore, Alex Ong, Patricia Addie Gentle RN, CDE, Helaine Ciporen MEd, LCSW and the founder of ‘Diabetes Families’ (diabetesfamilies.com), Susan Weiner RD, MS, CDE, CDN, Mama Rose Marie and Thomas Moore the founder of the ‘Blue Heel Society’ who is living with diabetes.
