MASSACRE IN CONNETICUTT: How Can We Stop These Tragedies?

Todays mass murder of 27 human beings, mostly very young children,  in Newtown, Conneticutt is, another horrific tragedy that we in America have come to know too well.  

What can we do as individuals to prevent such horrors?
