Debora George Tsakoumakis (Sa koo Ma kiss) is a hard working mother of three who started a telecake nationwide cake delivery service, HB Bakery Connection in April 1987. She is the founder and president of HB Inc. She developed the idea for this telecake service after an unsuccessful attempt to have a cake delivered to her father for his birthday. Recognizing the potential and opportunity for a successful business, she created a network of bakeries that would give well-wishers a way to "Wire A Cake" to any city in the country. With the slowing economy, she found it necessary reinvent the business, focusing on shipping a travel stable for cake here in the US to students away at school & overseas to soldiers from her hometown of Huntington Beach, CA.

You choose from our 3 moist cake flavors; chocolate, vanilla or marble, frosted with our baker's scratch white sugarcream & covered in his homemade smooth white fondant. Cakes are personalized with an inscription and graphics are optional either military emblems or birthday related themes and seasonal graphics that are printed in edible food ink on an edible frosting circle and shipped in a custom container.
