[with]tv a television channel of, by, and for people with disabilities…and everyone else

Inspired by his daughter Victoria, Howard Renensland (REN EN SLAND) founded [with]tv to provide an opportunity for her to have a voice and a career in the entertainment industry. With the media’s continued portrayal of persons-with-disabilities in a patronizing, pitiful manner the mission of [with]tv is to change that public perception. It will present a premier media platform for this country’s 54 million people with disabilities and 700 million worldwide. That will feature our community in a more honest and positive approach. [with]tv will give advertisers a venue to access our community in the most integrated fashion. In addition to programming the channel will recruit, train, and hire persons-with-disabilities in Radio/Television Production, Acting, and Writing. To fill the unemployment gap of persons-with-disabilities in the entertainment industry.
