PATRICIA KAREN GAGIC - Bio

Patricia has embraced life and all the challenges it offers.

She is an accomplished International Contemporary Artist and Author of Karmic Alibi a recent finalist in the 2014 USA Book News Awards. Patricia is a Certified Meditation Specialist/Facilitator completing her Certification in Applied Mindfulness,

Transformative Mindfulness and Mindfulness without Borders from the Dept. of Social Work at the University of Toronto. She has had an extensive career in Banking and

Finance, a Small Business Entrepreneur in Property Management, Retirement Homes and Medical office management. She is a motivational and business Coach/consultant and Mentor. Patricia is a Feng Shui Level 3 Consultant and Reiki Master.

Along with her passion for learning, Patricia has been a dedicated community Volunteer. She is Co-founder of the Colours of Freedom Foundation supporting Children's Peace Initiatives. She holds Advisory positions in several organizations and foundations.

Patricia is a member of the Ontario Cabinet for the Friends of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. Over the years she has been nominated for a variety of awards and recognitions including Woman of the Year, YMCA Peace Medal and recipient of the

Award of Excellence by the Toronto Women's Expo. She is an Ambassador to Friends to

Mankind and the creative force behind the Pagoda Thmey school and orphanage in Angkor Wat, Siem Reap, Cambodia.

In October 2013, Patricia was recognized by the prestigious Order of St. George and was Knighted as a Dame of the Order. She is an Advisor to the Niagara command.
