DSMA Live: continuing the conversation with Abby Bayer (guest), Co-hosts Scott K. Johnson,  George Simmons and Cherise Shockley, Founder Diabetes Social Media Advocacy (DSMA)

Abby is 23 years old and currently planning a huge relocation to begin her career as an RN in endocrinology.  She has had Type 1 for 13 years, and is very excited to be pursuing her dreams to become a CDE. Outside of diabetes Abby is a typical 20-something, who loves to read, watch horrible girly movies with her friends, and eat pizza whenever possible. Abby works as an editorial assistant at sixuntilme.com which is what introduced her to the wonderful world of diabetes online, and she doesn’t know how she lived without these people for so long.
