Diane Hodge is a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She has the privilege of teaching, coaching, and training a wonderful group of consultants in her sales unit, which she humbly named God’s Masterpiece. Through Diane’s journey to this position of Sales Director, her purpose and her life was changed as God ordered her steps so she humbly accepted the name God’s Masterpiece for the AWESOME group of men and women which she has the privilege of working with daily. Diane accepted Christ at the early age of nine years old and attributes everything in her life to her close relationship with HIM. She has been married to a wonderful man, Melvin Hodge Jr. for 22 years and they have 3 beautiful children. Diane began her career with Mary Kay in December of 2001 in order to get a 50% discount on her Mary Kay products and take advantage of the incredible tax benefits that owning a home base business has to offer. She has a Bachelors and Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and after a successful career of 15 years in the Telecommunications Industry; she decided that the philosophy of Mary Kay was one that she should embrace. Diane found that trying to manage a successful corporate career while maintaining a balanced lifestyle with three active children, Johnathon who at the time was 10, Jalyn (5), and Jeremy (4) was sometimes difficult; but she persevered. After a year of overlapping two careers and with the support of her wonderful husband and high school sweetheart, she decided to go full time with her Mary Kay business. Her family is the reason for seeking God’s continued blessings in her business. She is grateful to Him for all that HE has done and will continue to do through her.
