Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. The 1st week in January is almost over. Did you or do you have New Year's Resolutions? Goals? Plans? How do you see this year shaping in front of your eyes?

My name is Denise Thomson and I love working with mindset, positive attitude, creating a healthy mindset, healthy body, and simply living a healthy lifestyle. I've had the pleasure of learning more about these tools over the last 5 + years, so I can add more skills to my 58 years in the medical field, exposed to it or actively involved, guiding people to their optimal health, and giving people HOPE to achieve HEALTH.

What does go through your head when you hear: January 6, 2022?

For me it's: New Year, New Month, New Week, New Day, New Hour, New Minute, New Second, New Opportunity, New Possibility, New...

Wow, it's all how we think about it and how we receive messages, what we make out of them, what stories we tell ourselves, and most importantly the question: "Is this really true"? What have I learned in 2021? What can I do better in 2022? How can I improve? What do I choose to improve: Healthy mind, healthy body, healthy finances

How can I do that? What does it take? DECISION. Planning, being open, eager to learn, being coachable, applying what you learn....

Lead from the future, act in the now is a great motto. Letting go of old things that don't serve us, focusing on things that move us forward and allow us to become a better version of ourselves.
