Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. Today is the last day in 2020 and in this decade. Tomorrow is the first day in the new decade 2021. Are you anticipating changes in your behavior, attitude, mindset, health, income, work place, work schedule, etc.? Do you think that much is changing or will change between today and next year? What are your thoughts telling you? What are your beliefs for the New Year? What are YOU willing to change or create to make things better for you?

I am Denise Thomson, CTH&WC, Best Selling Author, BTR host, former nurse, fitness trainer, educator.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold the new has come." 2 Cor. 5:17

A Prayer to Keep God First This New Year By Debbie McDaniel

Dear God,

Thank you that you make all things new. Thank you for all that you've allowed into our lives this past year, the good along with the hard things, which have reminded us how much we need you and rely on your presence filling us every single day.
