Good morning and Welcome to Get Healthy Now. Last night, my husband and I talked about the elections and how we wanted to vote. It's our Civic Duty to vote, so we are taking it seriously. However, to be totally truthful, this is a time that stresses me out, especially when the options are not as we like them to be. What does this have to do with Getting Healthy Now and why am I qualified to talk about it?
