Gratitude for what you have is a great way to create a healthy perspective of the world around you. When we write something down it reminds us of our blessings and helps us to focus on the positive. It can actually make you healthier physically as well as spiritually. It only takes a couple of minutes and you can also sinc it with your prayer journal to help you create a better lifestyle habit that will improve your relationship with God as well. You can make this anevening routine with your family as well. Kids face alot of challenges in todays world and sometimes it helps them open up and focus positively.
Gratitude opens doors for you that nothing else can. It is one of the key components to Consciousness and all the benefits that go with it, such as the ability to manifest well. But most people go through their day unaware of the usability of this marvelous gift that connects you with All There Is. In this week's show, we learn all about it, how to use it, and how to get it if you find yourself without it.
