In the second hour we will continue our monthlong tribute to the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. examining the Memphis Sanitation workers strike of 1968, the final campaign of the Civil Rights and peace activist. Also just this last past week marked the 40th anniversary of the transition of Paul Leroy Robeson, the Pan-Africanist and Communist artist, social scientist and organizer. We look at the life and legacy of Paul Robeson in the final hour of the program.
