Our guest today, Elizabeth Power, is a sought-after trauma-informed coach and consultant helping people learn to cope with change, develop resilience, and increase alignment with their core values. She is a gifted public speaker featured in Successful Meetings Magazine for her work on change, and is considered by some to be funnier than "a siz pack of funny-bones." Elizabeth Power is the founder of The Trauma Informed Academy and The EPower Change Institute.
