Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Transformational Health Coach, Nurse, Fitness Trainer, Educator, Blogtalkradio host, Best Selling Author.

Today I want to talk about Mindset, which is the key to our balanced health. Do you remember when I spoke about how powerful our mind is and how it can affect our body, mind and finances?

What have I learned over the last few years regarding Mindset?

Read something positive daily. I usually read after eating breakfast, then read a few pages or a chapter or 2 depending on the length before I start my day as it puts me into a positive frame of mind.

What if you don't have time to read or so you think, how can you still get into a positive mindset? Audio Books, tapes, or have someone read to you while you drive. Listen to a positive podcast that lifts you up.

Healthy mind, - healthy  body - healthy finances - time freedom - abundant healthy lifestyle

When the mind is in destress, depression kicks in, then illness, then doctor's visits, medication, side effects, - catch 22 -

Most illnesses begin with a negative mindset. Rewire your brain and your illness might go away if you catch it at the very beginning.

Stop, Challenge, Choose allows us to re-align our mind and shift into positive gear. With these three words, I have been able to prevent doing things that did not serve me. Do it for 66 days to create a positive mindset and then let me know how it makes you feel. Feedback is greatly appreciated.
