Good morning and welcome to Get Heatlhy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Nurse, Fitness Trainer, Educator, Speaker, Bestselling Author.

I am sure that most of us have attended seminars, webinars, courses, etc. etc. Were they mandatory or did you select the one(s) you attended?

What were the pros and cons of attending? Location, time a day, extra trip, value, personal growth, presentation was lively, interesting, engaging.

Was it lecture form?

Was it pps?

Was it interactive?

Was group work involved?

Did you get to prepare for a short presentation about one of the subjects during the course?

How were your groups chosen?

Did you have mixed learning styles within your group?

Did everyone in each individual group participate?

Was this a personal development course, an EDU to keep certification up, mandatory by employer...?

Were physical activities such as breathing and stretching involved to free up your brain?

Did you get to do any arts and crafts, cross word puzzles, pictures, demos for what you've learned?

What had the strong hold on you to finish the course? Why?

If a similar course would be offered, would you take it again as a refresher course or to learn what's new since the last time?

Do you do personal development in your freetime?

What does that entail? Reading, exercising, breathing, walking, drinking water, meditating......

Your prompt feedback is greatly appreciated as I am polishing my notes and activities I want to include in my course.

Reward for feedback: Free 30 min Health Assessment Call to see how I can help YOU best!
