With only 5 more days to Christmas I want to share some Safety Tips that complete the circle of #healthymind, #healthybody, #healthyfinances.

Healthy Mind: Be clear and focused in what you are doing, saying, giving

Doing: actions, helpful vs hurtful, caring vs daring, getting a Christmas Tree (fresh: water, spray branches, keep away from flamables), never leave the lights on a Christmas Tree on when you are not there. Lightbulbs get warm and can catch the branches on fire. Backing, don't leave the house and burn your food. Smoke inhallation, fire,...

Saying: Words can hurt more than beatings. It's the season to be giving, joy, peace, happiness, singing, NOT grief, pain, hurt,

Giving: Make something, bake something, knit, crochet, paint, write a poem, draw a picture, frame a picture. Something from the heart!

Healthy Mind: makes people happy, avoids verbal distress, encourages, lowers depression (during the Holiday Season is usually the highest rate of suicide because people feel lonely, they don't have what they need to survive, they are depressed, feel unworthy, ashamed, homeless, avoid stress.

Healthy Body: allows to move around and keep warm, no pain, (no meds), no stroke, heartattack, able to help others, 

Healthy Finances: when mind and body are healthy, no extra expenses for medical, accidents, burning down homes, hospital, 

Avoid unnecessary expenses, stress.
