Have a daily plan and some flex time for important changes, so everything still gets done, relieves stress.
ex.: ph calls, emails, groceries
Eat regularly small meals/fuelings during the day to keep the energy up. Hydration! Walk instead of drive, stairs vs elevator.. keeps you healthy and energized.
Main goal: de-stress daily, breath deeply, always be prepared...
