Mental: socializing, having fun, enjoying food, knowing there will be enough food, 

Physical: Eating too much and having it go to our waste. Feeling sick, stuffed, uncomfortable

Financial: Fixing more food than necessary, spending more money than needed, burden on wallet,

How to live healthy with good habits and not over eating or drinking too much?

Eat something healthy before you attend the party, so you are not hungry, yet, you can graze on healthy food and drink lots of water. Always carry a water bottle with you so you are not tempted to eat and go overboard. Celebrations, festivities, parties are mostly to socialize, talk, share, see each other, and NOT to stuff oneself. Being mentally prepared on what to expect helps you stay healthy.

Injuries or accidents happen more frequently when eating heavy foods and drinking alcohol. MODERATION is key!

It's all about choices and YOU are in charge of YOURS! Health vs illness or even death.
