Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery, Today is a Gift From God; therefore, called the Present. (Past: can't change, it's past, Future: don't know what will hold, can work towards it though. Present: We are in control, be in charge of it, and can make the best out of it!)

When Life throws curve balls, how do we perceive them? How do we handle them? What are our thoughts? 

Examples.... weather, surgeries, death of loved one, birth, falling in or out of love, driving a car, road conditions, daily activities, balanced health including mind, body, and finances.
