I hope that everyone had a very merry Christmas and is getting ready for a happy, healthy and amazing New Year.

I want to share with you why my Christmas was so special this year. A dear friend of mine was rushed to the ER on Sunday morning. Tests showed that her Hb was at 50% and she had blood clots in her lungs and legs. This prompted the ER Drs to have her airlifted to a bigger hospital with more technology and staff to make sure she would not have a stroke, heartattack or die. Mission accomplished. Yesterday, she was able to come home again! The mere fact that she survived this ordeal is grounds to celebrate and be thankful.

Sometimes we take things for granted that are not meant to be. Had she not communicated with her husband and told him she felt lousy, had he not taken the time to drive her to the ER immediately, had the Doctors not done their job.... we might have to attend a funeral instead of celebrating our friend being alive. Being aware, alert, congnizant to ourselves and our surroundings is so important.

I am stressing this in hopes to help YOU create a happy, healthy and amazing New Year. Start today. We still have 4 days this year to get a head start for 2018.

Health is the full circle of body, mind and finances. When all are in balance, we are healthy. So, who is with me and will do, give, and be their best to have an amazing 2018?
