Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Founder and CEO of Miclknight Health and Wellness Company. I am an Educator, Author, Speaker and Nurse and very passionate about healthy and balanced living.
Today I am going to touch on how money affects stress.
First let me ask you: "What is your relationship with money"? Love? Hate? Frustration? Never enough?
Now let me tell you, money is neither god nor bad, it's what we make out of it that affects us. It's how we look at it that affects us.
1. How is your attitude towards money?
2. How much do you need to have the "must haves" in your daily life for the bare necessities?
3. Do you have a budget?
4. Do you stick to your budget?
5. Do you allow money to stress you out?
6. How does stress manifest itself when you don't have enough money?
