Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Founder and CEO of Miclknight, a Health and Wellness Company. I am an author, speaker, educator and passionate about healthy and balanced living.

Today, I am talking about reducing stress and increasing health. This topic is so close to my heart and my passion as I have over 40 years in experience through my nursing, teaching, taking care of others, and having been affected by stress myself. How to reduce these signs of stress?

For Headaches: relax, hydrate, breath, find a quiet place to find your inner peace.

For Jitters: breath deeply (what works for me is breathing in to the count of 4, holding my breath to the count of 2, then exhaling to the count of 8; massage, Aromatherapy...
