Amazing Facts re: Nutrition
Nutrition belongs to E.S.P.M., as it has a huge impact on our mental and physical health.
Many years ago: no transportation, stores, gyms,

worked with hand-made tools, physical labor, during day light, sleeping during the night. 
They ate what they found, grew, hunted, lived long and healthy lives.
At their time: no grains, rice, potatoes, sugar infused foods, something we eat now almost daily. They ate saturated fats. Article written by George Dvorsky 6/11/12: whole grains are extremely unhealthy, sugar is far worse than we previously thought. 
Many years ago, no processed foods, hybride foods, milk products, etc., ate fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and nuts. 
Change in eating habits:
Paleo Diet, advocates on eating unprocessed foods like lean meat, seafood, roots, tubers, fruits, and vegetables. Our body is used to those foods, digests them better and gets more nutrition per calorie than the typical Neolithic and processed foods.
Paleo advocates believe that gluten is a nasty weapon in our body. All humans react poorly to gluten. Robb Wolf compares this effect to having poison oak lining our intestinal walls. 
I am eating mostly vegetables, fruits, and cashews. I am staying away from sweets, milk- and high gluten products.
