The Value of Industry Certification

Join DEMA Live as 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, Charles MacPherson and 2015 DEMA Educator of the Year, Bonnie Low-Kramen are reunited.  Two of the industries most well recognized instructors will discuss how they feel the industry has changed and what is on the horizon for the future of the Private Service Industry.  They will also talk about the challenges that they face when thinking about certification for their training courses.  Lastly they will shed light on how schooling can benefit every PSP whether seasoned veteran or someone just entering the field.
