RESTRAINER ORDERS ARE GOOD FOR WHAT?

To many women are losing their lives,over a FALSE sense of security, a piece of paper. What good are restrainer orders when they are ignored. Women are falling victims to this false security. The laws need to change, from nothing being done unless the perpetrator does harm to the victim or kills them.
