This show is dedicated to- World AIDS Day 12/1/10. It’s an evening of education as my special guest- AIDS Activist, Reverend Caton, Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Crown Heights shares facts and statistics to mobilize the black community to action in its fight against HIV/AIDS. Although black people represent only about one in eight Americans, one in every two people living with HIV in the United States is black. HIV/AIDS is increasingly becoming a “Black disease” with African-Americans making up 50 percent of all new infections. AIDS remains the leading cause of death among black women between ages 25 and 34 and it's the second-leading cause of death in black men 35-44. Call: 347-945-5853- the chat-room is open.
