It is less common for women in their thirties to get breast cancer: one in 250, or approximately 5% of all breast cancers diagnosed in women in their thirties. Many younger women ignore the warning signs, like an unusual discharge or a breast lump because they think they are too young to get breast cancer. My special guest is the Executive Director of Hands Inc., Evelyn Clarke; she is a 12-year breast cancer survivor who was diagnosed at age thirty-one. Tune in on 10/8/10 at 9:00PM EST as Evelyn shares her personal breast cancer journey with us. Call: 347-945-5853. The chat-room is open.
