CASE DISMISSED

Imagine being 27 years old and having to live in constant pain, not just physical but from the horrific memories of the day a doctor does an uninformed “morbid” surgery that left you for dead. Stories of these horrific experiences are happening every day and the most disturbed issue is that the Texas Medical Board is dismissing the cases.  In November at the quarterly board meeting the Texas Medical Board dismissed all 206 cases that had been filed.  The Texas Medical Board did not care about the safety of people in Texas.

These are the cases dismissed against the doctors.

• Excessive use of drugs, narcotics, chemicals, or another substance
• Impersonating a doctor
• Holding a license in the State of Texas with disciplinary actions in other states
• Commit fraud on examination
• Purchasing, selling, or barters medical degree or license
• Alters, with fraudulent intent a medical license
• ONE DOCTOR GOES INTO HIS BACKYARD AND SPRAYS HIMSELF WITH DEEP WOODS OFF TO GET HIGH. (CASE CLOSED)
