Take Up Some Space Today

This morning as I clean my office at work I am realizing how small I have allowed myself to be here in this space. I share it with 2 others and clinitians as they flow through so I have always felt in the way and never had the inspiration to make it my own, until today. As I await the new person who will be joining me I am taking the time clean out and get rid of things that are no longer serving a purpose here. Feels so good! Now I am looking at other places in my life where I am playing it small and not allowing myself to be all that I am. Growth.
