Unless you have decided to be a permanent victim in the playout of your entire life, at some point you will accept the responsibility for your condition.

Overweight?  That never happened overnight, and it will not disappear overnight.  If that is your RESULT - consider your activities (or lack of) that got you there.

Broke?  If that is your RESULT - while you wait for a lottery win, the perfect job, or Prince charming to come and rescue you; consider things you could do right now that would earn you an income, including starting something from scratch, not blowing the money you do have, and not digging your hole deeper by swiping that credit card more.

Failing relationship?  If that is your RESULT - consider when last you romanced your partner like you did before you were a package, or have you dropped this ball and wondered why the love is gone.

Even in true cases of victimization, how the victim responded influenced the incident outcome.  Remember the brave heroes who helped office mates escape the collapsing Twin Towers during 9/11?  All were victimes, some were heroes.

Disappointing kids?  If that is your RESULT - consider how you raised them and when did they ever feel an incentive to make you proud?  When did you celebrate and acknowledge their smaller achievements making them wanting to do more?

So, whatever result you are experiencing that is not in alignment with where you want to be or intend to go - recognize your role and work on that.  We cannot change others but we can change ourselves.  When we change, our circumstances must change.  Let's deconstruct results backwards to actions.
