Joe Abraham, CEO of BOSI, an entrepreneurial assessment that helps entrepreneurs gain insight into themselves, the people surrounding them, and the strategies and solutions best suited for them, and author of "Entrepreneurial DNA," started his first company, Cornerstone, at age 23.
In 1999 (when he still owned Cornerstone), he was recruited to run a SaaS startup in Chicago. Within 18 months, that venture had grown to over 18,000 paying users and over $5 million in aggregate revenue.
By 2008, Joe had been involved as a co-founder, executive or advisor in the startup and growth of over 10 companies.
In the summer of 2008, Joe discovered the 4 behavioral groups in the entrepreneurial eco-system and proceeded to call it BOSI (for Builder, Opportunist, Specialist and Innovator).
Today, at age 37, Joe runs BOSIdna.com (a technology venture) and BOSI Performance Institute (an entrepreneurial thinktank). Both companies compliment each other and are designed to bring the next-generation of entrepreneurship to the market.
