She began her fitness career at 3, when her Mom put her in gymnastics. She adored gymnastics and competed all through my kid years. It gave her confidence and taught me self-discipline, the kind of discipline that gets you where you want to go in life. She believes it also helped form her body in terms of strength and muscular structure. When she think about it, she's been conditioning since she was in preschool!
