The federal government is shutting down roadside pull offs that over look Mount Rushmore (which is bought and paid for) and telling people who have homes on federal land they have to leave their homes, even though NO federal funds whatsoever are used in upkeep or building the home, as a matter of fact these people PAY the federal government.  Hmm does this sound like a presidential action to you?
