Patriot-activist Luca Zanna was my Guest this morning. Luca and his lovely activist-wife Bridget have been fighting the McCainites running the Mohave County Board of Supervisors in Arizona as well as the DOJ which has attempted to hack Luca's computer. The Zannas have a lawsuit against the Board of Supervisors and others in local government in Mohave County in Federal Court with a decision likely in a few weeks.

The Supreme Court's decision (after 2, long years of lawsuits by the left and the left-run Federal Government) upholding the enforcement provision of 1070 was a huge victory for Arizona and the nation and a big defeat for the Soetoro-Obama Administration, the ACLU, La Raza and the rest of the pro-lawbreaker orgs. It also puts Romney in an awkward position (like, we care?) of having to support his pro-Amnesty pol and likely VP choice Rubio (even as the GOP hispanders at lavish money-raising vents to draw in Latino voters) while trying to sound tough on illegals by showing tacit support for Arizona and other 1070 states which of course is impossible to do to an untrusting, angry base.
