SAVING THE YOUTH. What's OUR responsibility to the children?

Times are turbulent for BLACKS in general, and specifically for BLACK YOUTH. What is our responsibility to OUR CHILDREN? When I say OUR children, I dont mean only your biolgical children. I mean community children. What are we suppose to doing to protect them, educate them, lead them, groom them, exemplify manhood/womanhood etc. Are we falling short on OUR COMMUNAL RESPONSIBILITY to our kids? Are we willing to invest in our community, as much as we invest in our biological children?
