"Jon  Landers has over 25 years experience in marketing along with his graphic design skills. Jon first became the National Sales Mangager for a British manufacturer in the DIY(Do-it-yourself) trade to help them get established in the North American market followed by doing the same for a German horticultural company. Hen then got involved with a rep agancy that supplied The Home Depots as well as other big box stores and retail chains with over 40 different product lines servicing the area from Maine to Virginia with over 100 service reps.

Rev. Michelle Hughes is now serving as the Associate Conference Minister for Transitions in the Connecticut Conference..  She offers years of experience in pastoral care, community organization, and non-profit endeavors. A trained Intentional Interim, Michelle recently completed her tenure at  the First Congregational Church of Lombard, in Lombard, Illinois. Michelle also served as the first woman to lead, as Interim, the historic Congregational Church of Park Manor. Prior to her Interim assignment, Rev. Hughes served Elmhurst College as Associate Chaplain and as faculty for the Chicago Semester. Rev. Hughes has also served as part of the faculty for SCUPE (The Seminary Consortium for Urban Pastoral Education)

In her secular ministry, Rev. Hughes has provided consultant services to the Chicago Board of Education, the Illinois Department of Human Services, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. University of Illinois Hospital, the Children’s Place Association, and the Chicago Housing Authority.
