Koby Huberman is an experienced high-tech executive, a civil society leader and a social entrepreneur, with more than 30 years in global high-tech technology corporations, and 15 years in civil society organizations. Today he is the CEO of Strategic Landscapes Ltd., the Author and Co-Founder of the Israeli Peace Initiative Group, and the Co-Chairman of The Empathy Group.

As the CEO of Strategic Landscapes Ltd. since 2007, he is a leading vision-driven strategy advisor for global companies, working with brave leaders who want to transform their organizations. His clients come from various domains – high-tech (telecommunications, software, semiconductor machinery, optical devices and cellular equipment) as well as agriculture, professional services companies and media. He helps these leaders discover, develop and adopt transformational growth strategies beyond traditional market growth, by reshaping their markets, redefining their core competency and re-engineering their business DNA.

In 2010 he published a book called “Strategy’ Leadership and the Soul”, co-authored with Jennifer Sertl. Until 2007, he had various executive roles in general management, business development, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions and strategic marketing. As a visionary executive, he led NICE Systems’ strategy and helped transform the company from a $100m hardware company to a $700m software solutions leader.
