God's Promises, J. R. MacDuff, and I Timothy 4:4 (Everyday Thanks #44)

Today, I am thankful for the promises of God in the Bible.

Our quote of thanks is from J. R. MacDuff. He said, "Cultivate a thankful spirit! It will be to thee a perpetual feast. There is, or ought to be, with us no such thing as small mercies; all are great, because the least are undeserved. Indeed a really thankful heart will extract motive for gratitude from everything, making the most even of scanty blessings."

Our Bible verse of thanks is I Timothy 4:4. It reads, "For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving."
