This Judge Needs to be investigated and removed from Juvenile CourtHe stated he is the Judge and can rule as he see’s fitA it seems children are violating the law if they state they were not guilty Which is the right of any citizen in the United States under the ConstitutionBut again he ruled these things with a child who had noLawyer on the last hearing date forcing her to sign ordersThat he asked if a 12 yr old understood.He refused a notarized Power of Attorney giving the Grand Parents RightsTo protect the child in her custody bought into his courtThreaten to imprison themother for contempt when he refused to hearHer statements and used terms that he Felt guilt without allowingAll of theChildswho is 12 yrs old witnessesHe also stated that the child was allowed a way out by pleading guiltyAnd was angrybecause she stated she was NOT and did nothing moreThan to protect herself in a girl fight at Toki Middle School.The 12 yr old had mo weapon no priorsJust fought to protect herself from being beaten at schoolAnd was further victimized by a Bully of a JudgeWho wants it seems all children before his courtto plead guilty even if they are not!Now the other girl in the fight was allow no punishment

She had her family member post on facebook her plot to attack the 12 yrs oldPrior to the fight in the school which is cyberbullying and bullying in a schoolWhich is to not only there to education but to provide safety to students in the school.The police and this Judge are ok with student harassment which lead to a little girl fight.His sentence as he put it was6 months supervision14 days in a juvy home12 days of community serviceAngry management for both the child and motherConsulting both child and motherWithin  one of the courts privatized social service agenciesBut he will protect a WOLF
