Jakes publicly prayed over his “spiritual son” Chris Hill, kick-starting the restoration process in his life after the former Potter’s House Denver pastor stepped down earlier in the year following news of his extramarital affair with a church employee. 

2. Reuters - Internet giant Google has fired the male engineer at the center of an uproar in Silicon Valley over the past week after he authored an internal memo asserting there are biological causes behind gender inequality in the tech industry. 

3. UPI - An 11-year-old Boy Scout died Monday from injuries after a boating accident in East Texas that took the lives of two other Boy Scouts two days before, authorities confirmed.
